It's Been a good week. Lots of hard work in. Trying to get a preseasons worth of messages to the guys in a short space of time. Guys have been fantastic in terms of training. Now it's up to them.

First two performances with the team have been really good but not getting points on the board. We need to keep that level of performance at that standard over a period of time and results will come up.
